Someone with 1 post named justice_is_here posting this slander, I'd like to see actual proof of this claim before you mouth off and create needless speculation. If you were going to do this you could've at least provided names, pictures, license agreement invalidations etc.

I read their post in fb. Which sentence are you referring that they claim the original price is 799?. I only see they mention xm retail price is 799 which I also find it listed in xm site. And where did u read they MANAGED to work with xm to get 750? They said due to good response they can lower it to 750 (economy of scale). Yes simplytoys is cheaper at 720. So go get fr simplytoys but simplytoys won't open up and check every piece for you...

Lower it to 750??? This is already wrong. There's no lowering and the price that everyone in SIngapore is getting is either $720 or $675, and this is the fact. And XM already checks every piece for you so no need for any individuals to do this. Are you even in Singapore? If not then you are really not in a position to debate here.

lol everyone in Singapore knows xeno morph is XM studios. But about the recasting I have no idea. I read the thread and it seemed to be pretty serious.

This is true, but if how they got started is indeed true, many collectors (myself included) will have a problem with that. I can't support a company that got started by ripping off another company's hard work. I understand this claim has not been verified and certainly hope it is not true.

As already said, you need to back up a claim like that with more than a link to a very old recast thread.

I don't know the importance of this when we are dealing with a company that has a legitimate Marvel license. So what if Xeno Morph did recasts in the past. He / They got a good working over by many in this hobby because of it I am sure. I recall ARH starting out selling unlicensed product before he moved to the Americas and started obtaining licenses to make legitimate statues.
I don't have any problem with anyone bringing this up because after the SYCO rip u off company happened, it is always great to leave no stone unturned...so to speak. But I see legitimate license, with legitimate BIG TIME professional artists and sculptors, and great care in bringing the ultimate collectible to the market.
As far as I am concerned, they could have done recasts, unlicensed customs, etc. etc. I could give a good gosh damn about that then because it's not what is happening now. I want quality product, great AD, great QC, and great whatever else. All this hullabaloo about them doing recasts in the past with me is moot at this point. What I see here is a legitimate license albeit they can't sell directly to the Americas....and they have already stated as such!!!!
They don't use lead paint either!!!!!

Exactly. Is he just assuming? Because a board member doing recasts compared to an entire company releasing their own statues... Doesn't seem very likely to me.

Were...being the operative word. I don't care about were.....I care about now. I do believe in second chances....especially when someone or something seems to legitimately change how they used to be or change what they used to do.
Otherwise, I am no better throwing people to the wolves for mistakes.

Just sayin', once a cheater always a cheater. I believe in ethical lifestyles and business practices. But I'm not jumping to conclusions. I honestly don't think this is true. But only time will tell.

Yes savage I would but with precautions. I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket.
However, I haven't heard any issues about XM from any professional people in the business.....yet. So until I start seeing the crap hit the fan....like the SYCO (Darren Martin) swindler, I will work or buy from them until multiple people say or show XM to be bogus or swindlers. Then I am out.

I really don't care. its hard to make a buck in this world and there is no proof to the claim. Just someone causing trouble. They have a legit license, good work and a great pipeline of products from a group that really cares. I think for those interested in XM they will continue to buy from them and for those who were never going to buy in the first place they just have one more excuse to complain about
