I doubt they don't have AC, it's very hot in Singapore... The fan might be used to dry paint or blow away paint smell maybe, it's not pointing at person.

I never understood the desire for a light up feature. Do people actually light it up on a regular basis? I've had my Mark VI for like 3 years and only ever turned it on once when I first got it to make sure it worked.
