If you look at this one you will also see that the right foot has been adjusted from the proto on the right to the production on the left.

I agree with spidey. The quality and details in the right one is better. Look the belt buckle or the paint application around the "collar". Definitely the right is a proto and the left a production!

Why does his collarbone area looks different without and with the cape? Looks like the "clamps" are ways apart.

My orig question was why the difference in the collar area from the two pieces? The one on the right seems to have that extra bump that may be covered if the collar sits all the way down.... But I still can't see it fitting properly.

I think the production piece will get there soon enough. Just give it a little time.

I am pretty sure the helmeted portrait is going to be a single piece, but with some work put into it to give a hint of the gap people liked.

Yeah Filip I know they heard people's concerns about that. I think that the one piece just had better proportions, and less chance of getting damaged. I am sure they will get it right.

You'll probably have to wait awhile until every avenue to get Phoenix is gone, then you may get a bite.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. Personally I think mags is the better piece. There are still avenues to get the phoenix. I'd try to do that first. Don't let go of mags if you don't have to.
