Yeah on the full statue shot it looks good. It's a distance shot though. Maybe it's like the SSC Iron Man line where you need to be away from it to look good.

Have been looking again on PO face and this 1 and whats different is 3 things:
1 eyes are bigger what i believe is a good thing and they are green
2 eyebrows are different thicker and not as long as original
3 the thing that you guys seem too think of as short fore head, I believe is the hair on the PO its like i dont know the word look in the middle of the hair its like its attached but separate pieces do you guys see and thats what give the effect also the picture was taken infront of the statue and the PO above so now you can see the hair ontop is a bit flat.
This is all what i think so let me hear about it

Yes the eyes are bigger and they changed the eyebrows. I think it's the change of hair so it doesn't hit the bird that's had the shorter forehead effect.

Why not just resculpt that part of the hair that touches the bird and keep the original head sculpt

Still a great concept for this statue. The paint is OK and the face knock this down a peg.

They did resculpt the hair over to the side away from the bird, but it seems it also covered more of the forehead.

That's not the original head, the eyes are further apart and the forehead is smaller. It's almost like the shrunk the top half of her head

I must say seeing latest portrait photos I'm very pleased that I didn't preorder this. XM and head sculpts simply doesn't go well together. This I think is a worst of all recent ones unfortunately.

Black Widow, Hawkeye, Magneto, and Wolverine (except for the one weird head) all look great. Captain America was a little off, and the original Hulk was meh (one of the heads was better than the other).

This one was also great before they started monkeying with it. Now it's got some issues unfortunately.

It was perfect like this. They shouldn't have listened to ever man and his dog. Don't get me wrong i can't wait to get it but when it looked like the picture i was blown away.

Well that front parting of her hair is 100% totally different. There is no denying it.

Even with these two the front parting of the hair is different. Whats going on?? Im getting hella confused

Well that front parting of her hair is 100% totally different. There is no denying it.

did they remold the first head or try to resulpted it from scratch and tried to get the same result?

I think what they did was take the original/PO head and change the hair after they changed the bird position. It looks like the new hair has taken some of her forehead away. They keep saying it's the PO head because it is with a new wig placed on it.

Yeah, I think that sums it up perfectly because something is definitely off about the new portrait.

I think it's the focal length of the closeup shots that are throwing people off a bit too. The closeup is flattening her head more than it really is. Which is why it looks fine from the full body distance. I wouldn't worry guys, she's gonna look amazing in person on your shelf. Cancel if you want but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you won't cancel...

Cancel? Not a chance in hell. It'll be fine in person and it's the rage head i love anyway. That might have come out wrong.
