If by BS you mean Business Strategy, then yes. If you mean Bull ****, then no. Simply Toys does allow their customers that spend tall $$$ with them to PO XM merch early.

It's either you have Pre-Order 5 XM Statues with them or have spent $3000+ with them in the past in order to get early pre-orders.... That said I doubt many people meet those requirements so I'm sure there will be plenty of Phoenix statues for sale come the official Pre-Order day.

It was me on SF. I got a mail from ST that I had to order 5 different XM statues to be able to early PO or 3000Sg$ spent with them...

That Hulk is extremely nice and that price is really a steal, it's not very photogenic, and there are just too many Hulks around/coming for people to give it a chance.

You could always add him to cart and see. Hawkeye and cap are $26 and $36 for me. So I'd say it's about $50

First of all I absolutely love this piece (XM fanboy here). But Am I one of the few that think there's something off with the phoenix symbol, maybe it's sitting a tad high (imho) and it should be a little below the collar bone (as someone on SF mentioned)
