I can't imagine a picture of something we'll surely see in a few weeks anyhow, would be a big issue for LFL or SSC, the only person that could be held accountable is the source of the original, if they shared something against a contract that could be an issue, but once it's ""leaked"" out, I can't see any case being made, it's not as though someone hacked SSC's computers and stole the image or something, they were provided something by another party and shared it publicly, and that person isn't under and contractual committement with any parties involved so I would say they're innocent and it's the person who shared the image improperly to start the chain of events that is liable for what happens.
