Yet another 1/6 scale custom Vader

Nothing against Hurricane (he IS the master!) but the DC body really needs to have custom modded armor to look good. It just looks too small on the shoulders compared to the body.

I agree it actually seems like the Sideshow body is (gasp!) actually the perfect candidate for a custom Vader.

id guess itd be spot on, but,expensive and no im not sacrificing any of my preds to find out, however i may buy a loose bod to see.........the sideshow bodied one is just waiting for my bespin luke to arrive then ill take some more pics then hes off to his home,.........ah bugger it, heres a quick side by side of the DC direct and the sideshow bodied one.

The one on the right is definitely the one to go with until you find something nicer Glenn.

I agree that the sideshow version looks great. The body seem to be perfectly proportioned with the armor. I think it may be your best version yet which is saying alot. I cant wait to see pictures of it with bespin luke. Is it using sideshow's big body or the art s. Buck?

I see HT pred bodys on ebay all the time for 50$ buy it now. I may go that route with mine then.....

At last, today is the day of days: my Hurricane Vader has arrived!! And OMG, that thing is just so unbelievably cool!

Really, words can never express how I felt when I opened the box and saw that piece of art lying there Just... wow. I can't keep staring at him

Glenn, it has been said a zillion times, but I'll say it again, you sir, are an artist; I salute you!

But since I still had some parts lying around, I thought, what the hell, I'll make another one

I did some sculpting on my Conan, but had to wait 'till the putty dried, so I started on my third Vader...
