Mmm....i don't think this way , hard maybe , but not impossible Agent , only they have to treat..., but the thing is , that Koto already make it , anyway the SSC is a good dio , i pass eeeaaaassyyy in this case...

Hey guys, not sure if this was answered before, but my senate duel ship date was delayed a few months...is it possible they are adding a light up feature for the sabers??? It would def bring some pizzzazzz to the piece

Maybe it has to do with a lot of those 4th quarter that hit around the same time and other upcoming pieces leaving people with little room for this. But it certainly doesn't seem any worse than other SW dios that got a lot more attention.

I've always liked the look of this piece since it was first shown, plus since my disappointment at seeing the emperor PF i'll think i'll add this to my collection instead.

I'll definitely give my thoughts and post some pics when mine comes in. Unfortunately I just checked my tracking and it seems that "adverse weather conditions" may cause a delay. Never had that happen before!

I got mine today. Sorry to say there won't be any pics. Unfortunately I couldn't get Sidious' feet pegs all the way into the holes in the base. Also when gently trying to put it in the floor around the hole started to crack off. If that wasn't enough when I used more force trying to get the foot in it started cracking a whole lot more, with pieces falling off the base and the Emperor's feet.

I contacted Sideshow for a replacement, hoping the new one won't have the same problem. So far I've been pretty forgiving of SS for their QC issues but now it's just getting ridiculous!

Anyways, aside from that, my overall impression with the piece is that it's nice. In person, I was much more impressed with both Yoda and the emperor's face sculpts and paint than I was from SS's pics. What I was less impressed with was the screens in the senate chair. Just look like stickers, but overall I'll be happy with a perfect replacement, if Sideshow is capable of that anymore...

Thanks ambasah. They did say in the backstage pass something about putting lights underneath the computer screens to give it a great effect. No light up from what I saw before putting it back in the box.

Someone who posted his review on Sideshow's site did mention that his pegs were tight and hard to fit, so there could be a problem with all of them.

It's kinda put me off buying this piece now if this is the case.

Have they also lowered the ed. size from 750 to 550 ?

Possibly due to lack of interest ?
