About the awful whining, I guess since they have (and they know it as well) small dicks, it must be used as a tool to pacify the guy's ego and 'perform' better during the act.

Wow! Public TV, seriously! Guess they must've even done away with the 'Child Lock' in their TV sets now. And I also think Japan's export revenue is falling down actually because of that reason.
In all fairness, it's usually the USA Up All Night timeframe that they played it (at least when I was there). Imagine my surprise when I'm surfing, trying to avoid their disgusting gameshows and find a decent tokusatsu series and wind up passing through a few of those stations.

I dunno, that seems a bit extreme. The brief blurbs I saw, except for the high-pitched squeeling (which was embarrassing because the TV volume was a bit high
) seemed more normal than the other stuff.

Obnoxious. But we can't ignore it. Surely its got to do something with us; the way we have evolved. Have we got so bored with what is considered 'normal' that we have resorted to such perversion. Sad. Just goes to prove that we actually are the worst species on the planet.

I know what he meant, and he's wrong. Are you saying that because we have the potential to be the worst, then we are? We have the potential to be the best also. Why is that not the universal judgment regarding the species?
Fact is, no other life form on this planet is subject to moral evaluation, because none of them can choose their actions. They just respond to stimuli. What they do is determined my millenia of genetically transmitted instinct.
On the other side of that, you can't make universal claims of moral quality regarding a species that has free will. When the only determinant of action is choice, the organism will be free to choose---for better or worse---in each new scenario.
Including the best among us in the same category as the lowest is pure nonsense.
