For all the hate, I still dig the new Nightmare on Elm Street. It's painfully bad in places, and nowhere near as well done as the 84' film, but darn it if Jackie isn't a fun Freddy.

Jackie Freddy was a fun, love to hate him, kind of baddie. Just like hundreds of others throughout FICTIONAL history. Never mind his make-believe actions. Vader destroyed entire planets, and The Joker murders innocents, but people still love them. It's called a charismatic villain.

Um... no. I watched the whole ____ing piece of garbage. Goofy ghosts running around and Michael J. Fox playing "Ghost Whisperer" screams "Disney Horror." If you can't see that, you're blind. But I don't even know why I'm debating this with you. Kiddie horror fits right in with your kiddie toys. It's a no-brainer you'd have a hard-on for it.
could you at least enjoy it as a funny movie?
