Moulin Rouge! It looks amazing on blu-ray. I watched some of my favorite scenes last night, and was really impressed. The colors and detail is top notch. Unfortunately I don't have surround sound right now, but I'll take it to my parents' this weekend and test out the audio. Supposedly it's great, too.

My neighbors were watching it last night. You definitely need a 5.1 setup because it sounded great in my apartment.

Predators shipped from FOX Connect, so I should have it for a weekend viewing.

Also, Meijers has the two new Ultimate Harry Potters (3 and 4) on blu for $35 this week. It was mighty tempting...

I was wondering if they were ever going to announce the release date. Same day as Season 8 of 24. One week after Inception. So that'll be a big week or so.

I got Predators today. The 3 disc exclusive version from Walmart. Blu, DVD and digital copy.

Also, they have the Harry Potter 3 and 4 sets with lenticular covers. Is that just at Walmart as well?

Few bucks cheaper then the combo pack. But I don't always like these combo packs. I don't personally need another damn dvd, if I'm out to buy just the blu ray. I also didn't like the ugly yellow banner at the top of the slipcover announcing that it's a blu and dvd combo. Hence, I went with the cheaper, simple blu ray, and more asthetically pleasing cover, with the Walmart version.

Yeah that looks really great, but I passed on it because I didn't see the point in buying it when there were 3 more movies on the way. Like the other box set they released 3 years ago, I talked my GF out of buying it for me because I don't think it's worth it when you'll just buy another set, or have the remaining movies sitting on the shelf in different casing.

They made room for the remaining movies when they released it so you would be able to have all of them in the base. But if you want them to match, you would have to buy them from Germany or France.
