I agree. That's why I try to only buy the Steelbooks for the movies I truly like. I've found that some of the Steelbooks are only a couple bucks more than the regular Blu Rays so I don't have a hard time buying them.

That's a good way to tackle it, and you're right about the prices. They're really not that much more than the standard release.

I'm a little on the cheap side right now, though, so I either buy my movies with coupons, special offers or wait it out for the price to drop. To complicate things, it seems with some of the steelbooks if you don't pre-order you're toast (like with Paul) and end up paying even more than the pre-order! :gah:

My early retirement plan is killing me. Years ago I would have purchased these without hesitation. :slap:lol

My latest :)

Yeah, it's Region Locked.

It's the exact same disc as the US version, except it's locked unlike the US disc.

Hmm, still tempted to get it. The case looks great.

I have the 2 disc DVD collector's tin that came out a few years ago. Funny how the all the extra material isn't included on the blu-ray.

Use Bestine. It works great and you don't have to worry about alcohol rubbing away anything else.

Hi Batty, just want to ask where can you buy Bestine? Is it on Pharmacy? I'm having some problems with the sticker residue as awell.

Thanks,
Richard

You can get it at most art supply or craft stores like Michael's or AC Moore. I swear by the stuff. It takes off just about any type of sticker or glue. And it doesn't do any damage and there's no strong oder like with Goo Gone.
