Debating picking up both Saving Private Ryan and Gladiator blu-rays. Both are $14.99 at amazon right now.

Gotta say, i'm pretty disgusted that you don't have Saving Private Ryan by now. I don't know if we can be friends anymore

I had them both previously and sold them. I'm now trying to limit myself to movies that I would actually watch multiple times. It has cut down on quite a few purchases.

Same here. When I first got my PS3 I would buy just about any Blu-ray release that would get a really high PQ score in reviews. Even stuff that I'd never watched before.

Netflix has definitely been a factor in my change in buying habits, but even stuff I know I want to buy I will wait for a good deal now before making the purchase. I still haven't bought the LOTR EE set yet.
