Damn - forgot all about Rocketeer, and I didn't see it over at BB when I was there. Picked up Panda 2 and Fright Night, as well as ROTPA though.

Havn't seen it in person, but from my understanding from posts on the blu-ray.com forums, it's the same slipcover, just with a +vudu digital copy banner across the top.

That's the only difference beetween the two releases, just a vudu dig. copy instead of an itunes/windows digital copy.

That's the DVD, i think. I havnt heard of another Blu-ray version.
