With the Best Buy trade in this week, Ides of March will be $12.99 on Blu!! It is advertised as $22.99 at Target. :lol

Best Buy also has 50/50 advertised for $12.99 with coupon, but I think it may be an error since it's supposed to come out on the 24th.

Finally got some movies this week :bess:

That Best Buy trade in is stupid, they only let you use one dvd towards a blu ray pretty much just to get you in the store. I might go there with an old dvd and get Predators for $9.99 and then take it to Walmart and get a $30 gift card for it.

Just so you know, they keep track of transactions without saleslips and they'll block you from bringing anything back if you do this too often.

No they don't (not Walmart). The don't know who l am. I go to Walmart with a movie l bought somewhere else on sale (as long as it doesn't have a for sale barcode sticker over the original barcode uder the shrink wrap) and take it to Walmart, I do not show them a reciept (you just say l bought this here, but don't have a reciept) and they give me giftcards for full price (if theirs aren't also on sale), they don't ask for names or anything, just sign the reciept, sometimes can use a fake name or just sign my name so sloppy they don't know what it says.

Right after new years l bought 6 "Jame bond volume ones" from Best Buy for $14.99 and took them to walmart and go a $52.34 gift card for each.

If you bring back lots of stuff to Futreshop or Bestbuy they ask for your name and to sign their computer pad so after a little while you could be denied exchages from those stores, but not Walmart

Clever yes, but patently dishonest... :lecture

It's just working the system, why not, no different then those extreme couponers who take advantage of the system and get a $1000 worth of food for $50.

I see nothing wrong with seeing a dvd on sale for $10 at a store and taking it to walmart who sell it for $30, get a $30 giftcard and l just made $20 for to buy food, dvd's, shoes, maybe some clothes or whatever. In todays economy it comes in handy.

You just said sometimes you lie by putting a fake name on the receipt. Seems pretty dishonest to me.

l only used a fake name once and l didn't even use a name, just scribbled circles on the reciet petty much, they don't care, just a bunch of pot heads working the counter there. I mean let's be serious this is Walmart, employees don't care what goes on there.

Just looked in my mail and got Hellboy 2 on blu ray from Ebay.

Also got Goodefellas on blu not long ago and watched it last night, it's much better then the dvd version, noticeable upgrade.

Bragging about sealing isn't dumb? :lol

What do you mean sealing, you mean stealing, how the ____ is it stealing, use your brain seriously. I paid for the dvd's in the first plce and just returned them for the same amount of money Walmart sells them for so there is no stealig involved.:cuckoo:.

It would only be stealing if l stole the movies from other stores then brought them to wamart for the gift cards, l don't do that of course because that's stealing.

I guess all the people who use mass amounts of coupons and getting 90% off are also stealing.

How is what l am doing stealing, because if it is l wil stop? I bought a movie at a sale price (legal) then brought it back to walmart, returning items unopened witout a reciept (legal) it's part of Walmarts policy is they take other stores items as long as they are unopened and they give you a git card for the price they sell that item for. Then l take those girft cards and BUY (not stealing) other items from their store. So how is this stealing and who am l stealing from?
