So if you trade in your old DVD's you get the same tiles for $4.99? Does it have to be the same titles?

Nope. Every dvd you trade in gets you a coupon for $5 off any bluray title that's priced $9.99 or higher, new release or old release. I traded in an old copy of a Batman/Superman animated movie and used the coupon to get Taxi Driver for $9.99 (which was originally priced at $14.99).

Best Buy is accepting any and all dvd's that are in their original package (non porno) and the coupons are good until the 28th of this month, just in case there's nothing you want right now.

Yeah l saw at best buy that bring in a dvd and get $5 off selected titles, not the best selesction thoug, and the ones that are l got way cheapr already during the boxing week sales.

Anyway picked up Boardwalk Empire on Blu ray when it came out.

Don't feel bad dude! I bought Star Wars on Bluray before I had a blu ray player myself. I resisted the blu ray movement , I figured that once I actually OWNED a blu ray title I would have to buy the player.

A lot of Blu-rays come with the DVD now anyway. So he can still watch the DVD now, and have the blu for when he gets a player.

The POTC movie came with both the DVD and the Blu Ray. I mentioned it was a DVD/Blu Ray combo pack

The combo pack was mispriced for $23 making it cheaper then just the DVD alone so I went and got it.

Besides soon or latter I will be getting a Blu Ray so I will have my first Blu Ray movie.

Okay forgot they come with the dvd as well. The OST dvd/BluRay pack is regular $29.99-$32.99, so you got a good deal. When l bought mine a month ago they were $32.99 and of course wasn't going to pay that so l got it brand new off Ebay for $23 shipped, thought is was a great deal untill Future Shop put them on sale 3 days later for $19.99. Hate when that happens.
