I want to test 3D Predator before committing to buy it. Wor-Gar you'll send me yours for a few so I can check it out? :D

Uh.... sure. Send me your 3D Avengers first. :D

I'll let you know how I like it. I'm going to try and watch it tonight once the woman goes to sleep.

My Sony has wicked 3D, and I had no idea for over a year. Got the set Jan 1 2014 and only tested 3D with Jurassic Park earlier last month. Now I'm obsessed to enjoy it before they change the format again.

I certainly don't need to see this goofy looking costume in 3D. A 2D purchase was enough for me.

I'd like to see the original theatrical Star Wars trilogy converted to 3D too just to see how it all played out. The trench run, flying under AT-AT's, the asteroid field, flying into the second Death Star. I've got to imagine that if they did it as well as the Jurassic Park conversion that that would all be quite spectacular.

Avengers 3D is spectacular.

I tended to avoid post converted 3D when Avengers came out so I saw it in 2D at the theater and bought the blu-ray that way too. Later I heard that the conversion was quite good but I've since simmered on the film and haven't felt inclined to upgrade.

I love watching 3D movies. Avatar and Titanic look incredible.

I may just have to breakdown and buy this one. I find Avengers very re-watchable. Very few 'slow' moments.

Did he say 3D Predator was good?

Pretty good. Not like Jurassic Park good (again because Spielberg has very clean depth of focus so images tend to pop out more). But since I didn't own Predator on bluray, this was worth the buy. I think the 3D picture is better than the 2D actually. Colors seem more vivid... maybe it the 'flickering' 3D glasses making it pop. But after watching the 3D version I went to the 2D and hit a few memorable spots... and the 3D seemed better. Maybe not sharper image-wise but just more dynamic while viewing.

If I could sit through either again, I would definitely buy them.

It is, kind of, temporarily, until glasses free 3D TVs comes out.

People hate wearing 3D glasses, wait until those huge VR headsets come out next year. :lol
