Re: Your 2011 October/Halloween Movie List

That's pretty much how I feel Nam!
It was an idiotic and derivative movie.
A couple of cheap jumps and lots of bad acting.

:lol Yeah, I know. There are few people here who I'll take advice from as to whether or not a movie's good. :(

Re: Your 2011 October/Halloween Movie List

All of you guys who suggested Insidious are in big trouble.
I bought the blu-ray and watched it lastnight, oh my god I hated it!
I thought it was very silly. The evil demon looked like a dodgy street performer! I'm never listening to any of you again!
:)

I was disappointed as well, glad I didn't buy it though :lol

Re: Your 2011 October/Halloween Movie List

I never saw it. And never will. Nothing in that movie intrested me.

Oh and it's PG-13. Which means if it sucks, I can't enjoy ****s or gore.

lol yep Like I said, I really cannot understand why people find this movie so freaking scary, the ghosts had poor make up, they just looked like weird people, i like the movie and love the gas mask scene, but, dont understand why so many people find it like, horrifying lol, :rotfl

That movie had lots of loud sounds and Darth Maul in it.:lecture

Tried watching this one night with some Freaks after a day at SDCC and fell asleep. I thought it used too many loud noises for scares. Very weak movie.

Re: Your 2011 October/Halloween Movie List

Just pre-ordered ISLAND OF LOST SOULS on BD. Sure, I could wait for the B&N Criterion sale, but this is one of my all time favorites and I can't wait to watch it before Halloween. It also doesn't hurt to show my support in getting other Universal-owned classics on BD.
