Man that's a great list!
I like Cabin in the Woods the least.

It is the only real horror movie I like after 2000.....

Tucker and Dale VS evil is great ,but its a comedy.....

If we go that route.....The Shaun of the Dead would be on the list.....

Honestly cannot think of a horror movie after 2000 that was really scarey....

Scream was a nice surprise. I didn't know what to expect and it turned out great.

I like that the movie was self aware, explaining all the typical ingredients you need to make a horror movie and yet it was still scaring everyone in it. :lol

Good stuff!

Did our poster discussion earlier help influence this? :hi5:
Awesome movie! Why did that old lady with the cackling, high-pitch scream have to do that throughout the entire movie? [emoji38]
Actually that was the next on the list to watch but the old lady is funny.[emoji38]

I didn't like Scream when it came out for some reason, but now that it's aged I love it! Every year I get the bug to hunt down Ghost Face masks. I have a handful, and it's a lot of fun to go to different stores looking for old stock of rare(ish) masks.

Wow, what a turn around. That's cool. For me, I very much enjoyed the first, but not so much the sequels. They're still a lot of fun, but don't come close to the first installment.

Curse of Chucky
Poltergeist
Dark Skies
Cabin Fever.

I was really shocked by Dark Skies. I bought it sight unseen only because of the content material. I like supernatural/alien type thrillers. Gave it a try and I loved it! Plenty of nerve-racking moments, nice little twist at the end, and Kerri Russell. :rock

Have to agree with you. Didn't know what to expect but it had almost 5 stars on Netflix so I gave it a go. Enjoyed every moment.

Just finished Gravedancers and on to Stigmata. Probably Descent tonight. Love that movie.
