Original or remake? I've seen them both. However, why a director would remake his own film is beyond me. And they weren't that hard to watch, but maybe I'm desensitized after years of exposure to blood, gore, and other atrocities committed to film.

Yeah this one is pretty graphic. Not one I'd suggest unless you want to be left feeling disturbed. :dunno

Nice!
Opposing takes on the same film. That passes the test for me, I will take some time to watch it later this week. Thanks for the input bros.

Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (1943)

Hell yeah! :yess:

I still remember the very first time I saw this when i was a very young boy.
My much older cousin had this on 8mm film:

Just got done with Halloween (the original of course). I haven't seen it in a while, and forgot what a kick ass film it is. And I was suprised about how little gore was actually in it.

This is one of my all time favorites and my most memorable soundtrack of any horror movie. :D :yess:

Holy $@&*#€! That was my same backstory! My Dad used to bring home the Super8 projector from work, and a stack of Universal Monster movies. Nothing like the sound of projector, the odor of the film, the bulb sometimes burning a hole in the film, splicing it back together with scotch tape... Ahhh those were the days.

Watched children of the corn last night. Not seen it for a while but the mrs wanted to watch it. Still enjoy that one now and again.

The night before watched cabin in the woods. Was pretty underwhelmed. I'd heard so much good stuff about it but was really disappointed.

Haha! That's awesome!

Good times for sure! :hi5:
