The action is SO unbelievably crazy man, it was exhausting but in a a good way. You could feel Kal's anger, especially when he was fighting Zod at the end. Can't believe he snapped his neck too, excellent dramatic ending to that battle.
And man, that Kevin Costner twister scene... I was in such a cold sweat and just clinching my fists. I just wanted to run into the screen and save him...
Oh and how about the "You're not alone" scene- that was freaky as ****, I loved how eery it was. It set such a freaky mood and then you appreciated how dangerous and insane Zod's crew was. Oh and his babe, Faora- she was nuts, such a terrific character to back up Zod. I loved the expression in her eyes when the soldiers were just shooting at her and she was just standing there staring at them. Jeesh! Lol, **** what a terrific film. I'm still processing. Oh and the soundtrack was killer of course.
My ONLY *tiny tiny tiny* annoyance was Snyder's overuse of the glare effect. It seemed that every scene had such huge glare from a light or the sun, or the moon, etc. It was a cool effect and certainly was appreciated but I felt he overused it a *tad* much. It's not really a complaint, but you know me and those Battlefield 3 glares LOL.
Definitely a cool effect though, I did like it (but to an extent).
Your thoughts? Obviously this is better than IM3, Into Darkness, etc., but favourite scenes? I thought the Krypton battle scenes were fantastic too.
