Brady, Nolan approved the first draft of the film, which Snyder and Goyer put down and changed. He was also not as dominant over production as other's thought.

I guess he was only on set once or twice. What you saw was a Goyer (yes he's very overrated IMO as well) and Snyder film.

There was a lot of Nolan in the film, even down to the editing. Watch a Zach Snyder film before watching Man of Steel and you will notice the difference. Poor script or not, there was someone else shooting that film with Snyder. Just think about the ending,

when MAN OF STEEL suddenly pops up in a very similar fashion to Nolans movies

Anyway, yes Goyer is very overrated. Nolan and his brother are responsible for the screenplay of the Dark Knight films, whereas Goyer helped write the story with Nolan. For Man of Steel, Goyer wrote the screenplay and helped write the story with Nolan (a very good story).

Man of Steel 2nd viewing - 8.4/10 - I was able to appreciate the movie a tad more the second time. Lots of Snyder moments jumped out at me, but the screenplay is still a big disappointment

Bioshock Infinite - 9/10 - An amazing experience with a story that takes you on an incredibly crazy ride, climaxing with a spectacular, mind blowing ending. The best game of 2013 that I've played so far, and one of the greatest video game stories ever told.

Just beat Infamous 2- REALLY enjoyed them both, thanks Zach

What to play next? I'm thinking either RDR or replaying all of the ME trilogy. Replaying the ME trilogy would give me enough time before GTA V... because we all know once that drops then I won't touch another game for months
