Got mine yesterday but only got to open it up today.
Like the extra height, there is a lot of differences paint application wise but apart from the height it’s a straight re issue. Stock coat is utter crap, just as bad as the original albeit a different colour but it’s still just awful.
Paint apps are great on it & its worth pickin up but I got this really for superman & man I was not disappointed. The silver shines through perfectly more so than on the blue, it’s stunning looking in hand. The way the undersuit reflects through the black is perfect.
They’ve also made him so he can hold his arms closer to his side which is great.

Superman's suit looks almost like netting which really lets the silver come through. Like you say in hand it's very nice!

As Alatar mentioned, thanks for the great feedback. I didn't know KMBats was taller.

Also pleased to hear how good the black suit looks. Wasn't anticipating shining through more than the blue !! That looks great in my collection at the moment.

So very much looking forward to this finally arriving !

The superman suit is great, really hard to capture the way it shines on camera tho.
Paint apps wise, skin tone is a little more tanned than whedon suit paint apps are slightly better but not as improved as the knightmare batman face plates.
Which by the way improve the bvs batman as well.
He’s the same height as the whedon suit.
Looks amazing on display, the cape sucks as usual but even more than normal.
The wire in the cape does not hold any kind of decent pose, the material is really flimsy & it’s not even pleated like the previous versions so it’s actually a downgrade.
I ordered a custom cape for this from jaxon a couple of weeks ago so I won’t be messing with him to much until it arrives. But despite the cape&them not changing the sculpt this is a beautiful figure & really stand out.
Especially amongst the batmen, they at a distance are more or less just sack black.
This is black but shines/sparkles depending on how the light hits it & where you are in the room.
This really is the stand out piece from this two set for me

On the fence about getting a custom cape. Is it a pain in the ass to remove it? I’ll see how the wires handle on this.
