He probably felt emboldened by Snyder's comments about Cyborg being the "soul" of the movie as well as the entire political climate around BLM and the push towards more diversity (which I'm perfectly fine with), and thinks he's "entitled" to a bigger/more important role. It's easy to fall into a mood like that if you're surrounded by people telling you you're right, which he probably is surrounded by...

It's very unfortunate, as it will start souring people towards his character, and that can even affect how people perceive the movie. I liked his character, but the more he goes on and on, the more fed up I get and the less interested in his character I am.

I get that he didn't want to be treated like that if true, but Johns, Whedon and Berg all have egg on their face anyway from how their movies and management style went. To continually go after these guys is just overkill and is just a waste of time. It is a bad look when he is the only one out there too. Just move on cause I'm sure there are plenty more dbags out there in the entertainment industry.

Yes the snyder cut will replace jostice league as cannon. 25 years from now tou can tell your grandkids about this ****** justice league movie that came out in the theaters where supes had a ****ed up face and bats was comic relief, they will never have seen it so it will be a good story to tell. Btw hold onto you jostice league 4k disks they will be a rare commodity some day, plus you eill be able to show you grandkids forgotten history so they can see it with their own eyes. Jostice league will be wiped from existence at some point especialy with all these people that burned their disks. Warner wants to forget it ever happened so they have not problems hitting the delete button that would wipe the copy from existence

People just hate actors complaining because they are filthy rich, people love to see success stories but they love seeing rich people fall from grace even more. Just want to see the world burn. Dude is rich, people dont want to here him complaining its a simple as that, regardless if he has a legitimate case. So they simply believe what they want to believe, in this case Rey fisher just wants more fame, spotlight and a bigger role they dont care about how he was treated because he has tons of money. Plenty of poor people that get treated like **** on the job but they have no recourse- so ya nobody feels sorry for ray fisher but sadly i think they are missing the point in that he does have the money to fight poor treatment at work, and in doing so he is doing poor people a favor too because it brings these types of workplace issues into the spotlight

I'm sure he has a legitimate complaint, what I don't agree with is the way he's going about it. If you have a problem with the company you're working with, you go through the official channels first, wait for an official statement to be made, and if it doesn't satisfy you, then quit and sue, or sue and quit. That statement Hamada made was in poor form, he was not even working for Warner at the time, he had no reason to say anything other then protect Johns and the company from potential lawsuit that really he had nothing to do with. Hamada decided to go on the attack rather then distance himself and say that these people are gone for a reason and warner is doing everything in its power to address Mr. Fisher and now MR. Mamoa's concerns, Instead he attack fisher and said he was not cooperating with the investigation which was proven to be a bold face lie- now Jason Mamoa has joined the fight- its ****ing stupid that warner bros is protecting employees they already fired for doing such a poor job- I don't get it at all- just pony up some money admit wrong and bury those *******s you fired and be done with it. ALl they needed to do was say yes they were ****** employees that's why we fired them, in no way do they represent warner or how we conduct our business-

Maybe both RM and JM are pissed that Johns is still employed by warner/DC as a writer on the ****** star girl tv show nobody watches. Him being demoted from President to show runner of a show that will be canceled in year wasn't enough. They want him fired too- Berg and the other one are already gone but johns still has a lifeline at warner. All Hamada has to do is fire his *** and this is over but maybe the corruption at warner runs deeper then we thought and more heads would have to be chopped off in the process, cause I cant understand why they wont just fire the guy to end it all. Is he really worth this much, I mean he destroyed 3 (BVS, Suicide Squad and Jostice League) of your major movies with his interference, caused the batman story to be completely scrapped and redone (which is why batman is hitting until 2021), ben Affleck to quit and cyborg and now aquaman to start a **** all because of him. Is one employee worth all this trouble? It cant be based on star girl ratings because it sucks so bad it doesn't even register on the ratings. All the actors hated working with him, Snyder hated him, David Ayer hated him, patty jenkins hated him, that should tell everyone at warner they have a problem with this guy. Snyder and patty had to fight tooth and nail to keep johns from ****ing up her movie too, he wanted the no mans land scene cut and ****ing stupid ending was his idea. The compromise they keep no mans land john gets to **** up the end of movie

He did.

That's his complaint. He said Joss was abusive, and he went to the executives above him and they didn't do anything. He went as by the book as he could until he exhausted his options.

After that, he tweeted that he retracted his statement that Joss was a good dude. Everything else has been playing out behind the scenes, and people have been issuing statements, WB said he was a liar, and then he tweeted about how WB was going to record his conversation and he backed out until he had a lawyer present.

Josh and johns not just josh. The sticking point is johns, josh is gone already he has no longer part of dc films but they didnt completely get rid of johns. If they fire johns tomorrow all this goes away but johns must have some dirt on some higher big wig or another higher up condoned his behavior (someone even higher then hamada) at warner that would bring more then just him down otherwise why dont they just fire johns and end it- if they thought he was so great why did they demote him from president to star girl lol. Warners behavior and handling of the situation makes no sense.

They can still keep him as a comic writer he doesnt have to be part of the film division, he had no business there to begin with. Disney/Marvel dont employ comic writers to write the screenplays or stories for their movies. You cannot have a comic writer come in an alienate all your directors and movie stars esp people like Ben Affleck who had strong ties to warner and had won them some oscars in the past. Its *** backwards, just pay them some money to adopt parts of their story like disney does let the people who specialize in making movies do the rest. Johns is good at comics not movies keep him where he belongs. Its not even the same sport or job for ****s sakes, let johns create the characters pay him to use the rights of said character in your original stories written by bonafide screen play writers and let the ****ing director you hire do the rest

I keep digging into this, and things are not lining up. Unless somebody has more evidence. It sounds like Whedon was changing things, and cutting screen time that some of the cast didn't like (Cyborg/Aquaman.) That the producers inferred that Ray Fisher was replaceable as cyborg if he didn't get with the program.

Is that toxic? Or is that management patching up a movie a few months before release, and getting their paid talent to do what they want them to do. Fisher notes the serious charge of "'veiled threats against my career" when his character wasn't developed as he had hoped. But isn't that to be expected that management decides ultimately what needs to be done? Is it toxic to say you are going to film these scenes under your contract, or we will find somebody who will?

DC is protecting current and former employees because...well its honorable to a degree. There isn't really much evidence of wrongdoing. What if Cavill spoke to WB and said Fisher was more of a problem or unprofessional. What does WB do at that point?

Mamoa has only stated he supports his friend, not actually details of the situation. There is also a situation where Mamoa just announced he is working with the Justice League producers on a Frosty the Snowman remake, so he clearly has no issues with them.

Again, don't see it. Speaking poorly about Snyder's work is what half of us here do. Might not be the most professional thing, but we all sometimes work with people who badmouth others work. Bringing that to the publics attention is equally unprofessional to do as well.

Whedon's relationship with his wife/exwife is irrelevant, and I wont stoop to attacking a man's family and his relationships with them to prove a point about his work.

Frankly, with Mamoa working closely right now with the same people Fisher bashes, I still need to see more evidence of something more serious than having merely a bad working relationship. Mamoa supports his friend, but not the allegations.
