Ok, I'll post this and not say anything. What do you think of the final Penguin Lair Diorama?

Preordered deluxe set with both looks day one.

BTW, Joolz, are you allowed to use images from the movie in the artbox?

Oh wow, this set might just have sold me!
The Catwoman was a little light in terms of accessories for the price IMO, but a set like this is what I'm all about.

@JazzInc - is there any possibility of this Sewer Penguin set coming with his Crab-patterned bathrobe?
And I'm sure you've probably already answered this, but will the figures come with some rocket penguins?

Love the attention to detail with the suspenders, especially as they have such a prominent scene in the movie. We can recreate that look if desired. ("I AM NOT A HUMAN BEING! I AM AN ANIMAL! COLD-BLOODED!")

Here is the first progress of the Mayor Penguin outfit. Vest and Coat are next.

I'm going to suggest the impossible... is your Penguin just a wee bit too girthy? It starts to effect the shape of the pants...

Made this fast comp:

Girth COMP 3-12-25.jpg

Seems like the real Penguin's shoulder area is a bit larger while the hip area maybe a bit slimmer. A little less girth may reduce the extreme tapering between the legs.

It's hard, his shape is all over the place depending what he's wearing.

Here's some pictures of the outfit parts you've got going there. I'd say it's a great start...

To my eye, the difference isn't substantial. In your side by side, I had to squint to even see it. With the suit jacket and coat on, which is how 99% of people will pose him, I don't think it's enough to warrant a change. The sewer one-sie might be a different story, we'll see.

Yeah, like I said, from a single photo its very hard to know. I just mention it in case the thought had occurred to Joost... the layers of clothing will also puff him up quite a bit more.

But maybe that is a temp body for testing clothing bits... everything's a WIP right now.

I think another thing throwing off the accuracy is that the prototype body needs to have even more of a hunchback quality.

While the tailoring looks very nice, the fabric seems to be a little to thick for bith the shirt and the pants.
Both pants and shirt also look a little tight sewn.
I couldn’t do better, but if it is in the same price range as Pfeiffer CW, I’d love to see this being revised.

(Oh and yes, I have ordered the Deluxe CW and will order this one regardless if there is a HT announcement coming or not. :) )
