Hot Toys is a parody of a company at this point of its existence. I really love and enjoy them for what they offer, but they are no different than any other popular media mass production at this stage. Of course I'd be more ecstatic to be wrong ans made a fool of, that's a win for everyone.

Would love for a new Cap figure (TFA, CW or AOU) with movable eyes in the headsculpt(s) and better tailoring. I've sold all my Caps except for TFA Rescue version. But, I sort of doubt this "event" will be anything special unfortunately.

It feels like Hot Toys is becoming the Funko Pop's of the 1/6th figure market.

Re-releases, repaints & chromed versions to make quick cash rather than new figures. Never giving any clue as to the edition sizes of their products unless it's a "super limited exclusive", as to ensure it's a frenzy and sell out in minutes.

They've become too big. From a small collector oriented focused market, to mass global appeal focusing on the current trendy/popculture fads.

Surprised Howard hasn't sold the company to Hasbro by now... :lol

What I would like :

- Drax
- Winter Soldier (Artisan & Sculpted) with less pleather
- Ikaris
- Captain Carter (Multiverse of Madness)

What I think we’ll get :

- Spider-Man (video game)
- Artisan Thor
- Iron Man colour variant

Edit: having said that if we see Deadpool & Wolverine soon I’ll be satisfied! (unmasked options on both please)

I… I really don’t want want anymore mcu figures tbh. But I know that’s exactly what we will get.

Personally I would like to see a 2.0 of “Golden Age” Cap from TWS.
Yea, I’d take a Golden Age Cap 2.0 as well.
I’d kill for a 2.0 ASM 1 Garfield spidey. Won’t happen of course.
Yea that would be great too. That’s ideally the only Spidey I would realistically want. But given the issues there were with the NWH/ASM2 licensing, it’s hard to imagine another Garfield Spiderman being made unless he gets another movie.

- Rescue Cap: leather jacket, updated tailoring on suit, new sculpt, rolling eyes and mud diorama

- Artisan Bucky Barnes Winter Soldier interchangable face plates, rolling eyes

- Spiderman 3 : Sandman, interchangable faceplates and swapable pieces

- Hulk: Lou / Bixby version

Long time ago, i would have wanted xmen, FF but nowadays not too much

My wishlist:
- Hulk 2.0 (Avengers 2012)
- Thor 2.0 (Avengers 2012)
- Black Widow (Iron Man 2)
- Red Guardian

All I want, could care less about anything else Marvel related.

If it's one figure a week it'll be a fairly small project.

Expect to see more prototypes at upcoming shows that will never be produced.

They’ll reveal amazing 2000s era figures from marvel but put up a chrome storm trooper for preorder

I say this as someone who’s bitched and bemoaned the plethora of MCU stuff over the last decade, but I feel like enough time has passed and enough technological improvements have been made to the hobby, as a whole, that some Phase 1 stuff would be downright novel, at this point. I feel like a fully modern TFA Cap with moveable eyes, newly developed interchangeable face plates, and a newly developed, knock-your-socks-off-with-the-likeness Evans sculpt would sell like hotcakes. Same with an Artisan Branagh Thor. Hell, I don’t know if it’s because of a licensing thing with Universal or what, but there are still people who would go apeshit for that Ed Norton Incredible Hulk.
