I'd get Plo and Aayla! HT definitely needs to do more aliens. It'll make our displays much more interesting

I am seriously considering just snipping off those silly straps on his boots. Visually, they look and feel like they'll just disintegrate over time anyway.

I mean, I'm not gonna do it. But I really want to do it.

Had two on PO, cancelled one. I did want two to cover my Geonosis and eventual Arrest of Palpatine displays but given there's so much room for improvement on the sculpt and a real possibility we will get a ROTS version one day I've decided to hedge my bets and hope for a better sculpt.

In hand he is better than a lot of the photos but it's just not there and I'm sure they can improve him like they improved on their Darth Maul.

But the AOTC character design is the same as ROTS. We’ll see if they make a new one but I don’t see it happening, personally.

I can't think of a single logical reason why they'd ever revisit Windu. Perhaps a 2.0 in ten or twelve years from now but what we got is likely it for sone time.

I honestly think they do another one next year for the anniversary with a cut off hand, better sculpt, and rolling eyes.

I don't think it's clear cut either way, there are plausible reasons for and against.

In terms of the reasons against.

1) He didn't sell well

2) There's no apparent costume changes between AOTC and ROTS

In terms of the reasons for.

1) If the production lines are still producing the figure, just keep them running like they did with the MK50, chuck a new head sculpt on him and it's job done.

2) Even if they're not still producing it, it's still straightforward to 2.0 him like they did with Darth Maul.

3) The ROTS 20th anniversary is next year so they have an excuse to 2.0 him along with releasing a Chancellor Palpatine and can add a cut off hand swap out and maybe even a second sculpt with force lightning skeletal effects.

But yeah I think it's more likely to be 6 years from now on the 25th anniversary.

Pretty macabre but HT is marketing to adults so giving us all the swap outs to recreate this scene is a real possibility.
