I noticed when I purchased, it says expected release July 2024 to October 2024.
While his coat may not be pleather, there is still alot of pleather going on with this figure. It looks like his wrist guard is made out of pleather. Also his vest may have some pleather on it if those grey parts are not plastic or rubber. I wish they went with durability intead of accuracy, since we all know how the first release went.

I doubt that they will give us a figure with low quality materials in his outfit. Mainly because they are trying more now as they have serious competition and that usually forces them to do more for their releases.
I just looked at some high quality photos taken at secret base, it looks like his vest still has that flaking material used on the grey areas. But yeah, i hope you are right. We should be seeing soon, i don't think this release is too far.

It can definitely look the same but doesn't mean it will be. But yeah hopefully once released it's better of a release for us.
Probably just the photo but not liking how wimpy/small the wrist and hand is looking on the bare side compared to the massive arms.

Agreed but I think it'll end up being fine. Hot Toys has plenty of buff figures and I don't recall it ever being a major issue before. Maybe I just never noticed because almost all of those figures had wrist accessories that hide it well.
Either way from just this picture he's looking pretty good I think.
Not liking anything about this bloated mess. Waiting to see if any parts are salvagable.

Yeah Ive decided to not get this, even though I love Bane and this movie. HT has shown time and time again how little of a **** they give about DC, with most of their releases being reissues or just plain wrong, so I will wait for InArt for any and all DC products moving forward (unless we get some weird niche ****, Id be in on that).
For the uninitiated, what’s wrong with this Bane release?
I see what you did there, I like it.
Not much wrong with this release, other than the tiny hands.
Its more that I have the InArt Joker 2 pack, and the HT Two-face, but don't care for either of them very much at all.
That paired with the fact all of HTs TDK/BB Batman offerings all being pretty ****, I just want to pass on the line all together until something more cohesive comes out.
In the end, Id really just like to have a BB and TDK suit, as well as a definitive Ras, Joker, and Bane. Don't need anything else.
