Super Freak
I like it! Wanted to go with the neutral sculpt but damn, that angry face is done right! Now the second half of the waiting game.
Proportions look great there when compared to how he actually looked. I know people had a whole list of changes that they wanted but I still think the production figure looks incredible. The only change that I wanted them to actually do is move the arm glyph up his arm. Such an simply and quick fix that they could have done.View attachment 727419
On the other hand, the final product had an unintentional accurate effect.
Their Batman release shoulders have widened on their final product. And I think it might have been the same effect here. It’s not as much sunken in from their original release which is good. So overall I’m personally liking the shoulder proportions here. Any larger it would go to HT territory imo.
On the Hot toys version the shoulders had this shape, and it was considered ridiculous, but no criticism for the InArt version...

Exactly, InArt isn't perfect but Hot Toys from BvS onwards were ridiculous!Probably because the HT delts are more like bowling balls
Why?This thing looks incredible. After seeing what happened with the toxic Jazzinc complaining I respect a company putting out a great product and saying take it or leave it. I like it even more that they asked for feedback then ignored it.
It looks like the skin texture is no longer present in the HS cast, and they replaced it with a paint of frecklesView attachment 727396
What I’m noticing with these final products as they release is their paint work compared to their prototypes. I’m glad overall that they didn’t change the sculpt, but I’m not a fan of the over freckling of the face.
I think because the mass produced sculpt doesn’t match the details from their proto, they make up the details by adding skin blemishes, small freckling etc. And for me personally it doesn’t work. They did the same to Aragorn, which can work better but I would still rather get a more consistent/flat paint job and maybe find a way to increase sculpt quality when producing them.
It could be just the photography as well so I guess we’ll wait and see in hand.
In the movie the suit is padded too, but I don't want to get into an endless debate. Especially when comparing two figurines from different eraExactly, InArt isn't perfect but Hot Toys from BvS onwards were ridiculous!
Of course, it is 100% padded. The BvS and onwards are much bigger than anything Cavill ever wore. What doesn't help is the huge step down to the triceps. In the movie the suit is padded too, but I don't want to get into an endless debate. Especially when comparing two figurines from different era
His shoulders look more like a tumor than a swole slender muscle that curves back to the rest of his arms.Probably because the HT delts are more like bowling balls
