Nope. but you can remove all the pegs and let the sculpt sit on top. Pretty secure.
premium toys has a battery compartment inside that youll have to remove. Then you have to fill the head with something like sticky tack or clay or paper otherwise it wont work
from a good friend for 160$. Will try to catch a Toys Era or Premium head for a good price and mod. If not, will wait for those upcoming sosso two pack heads, hope they turn better than the ones with the figure. 
I think so, be weird if they glued them especially as they have gone through the trouble of having them painted to reflect skin tone of sculpt
