The pic you have is the v1 Toys Era released. The v.2 is so much better and with the 5 sculpts, not worth spending on another figure, unless ur Homelander diehard fan or get the body parted for a steal imho

I mean, the Soosoo body is miles better than the V2 Toys Era as well. That's just a fact. It basically takes both companies products to make one good figure. Soosoo body + TE heads.

I would not be happy with the V2 TE body knowing it's inferior. Just like I wouldn't be happy with the Soosoo sculpts.

I personally refuse to compromise on either part of the figure.

It’s funny, this sculpt actually isn’t even new (it was released right after the Premium Toys Hero 1.0) but I’ve seen maybe five total with this one now? Kinda surprising since this has a fittingly maniacal expression without being a little limiting like the previous laughing sculpt.
I was lucky enough to get one with the SooSoo figure for a steal and sent it off to get painted so that should be the best Homelander I could ask for. The SooSoo body actually is miles better than the ToysEra one, I can see why people favor it.

I like it from the nose up. But that smile ain't it imo.

Honestly the TE heads still look better imho. SooSoo has the best body and suit but TE heads ftw

The serious one is pretty good, not a fan of the second, but yeah, agreed, TE heads still win.

I also think a discount code or something for previous buyers of Homelander towards the heads would have been a good idea as an acceptance of their initial failure etc. Silly optimist me.

It still looks too similar to the original and not enough of a likeness. The smiling sculpt is pretty terrifying for all the wrong reasons

The serious sculpt is real good and looks better than ToysERa to me. The smiling one though looks like Stifler.

Disappointing. The new Soosoo heads are not an improvement. I had both Toys Era figures but did not like the body or materials. I sold them both and bought a smirking Toys Era head seperately for the superior Soosoo body. Side by side with Soosoo the Toys Era heads still look like artoonish caricatures. I wound up sticking with the Soosoo head and putting the Toys Era in my spares parts box. The wait for a proper upgrade continues.

The SooSoo sculpter just isn't that good. The heads are always close, but never more than 85% accurate.

I think the smiling sculpt is actually really good, the serious looks very similar to their previous one, eyes a little bit better but if you compare it to the toys era headsculpt it's not not great.

Incredible. Why would they release another subpar batch of sculpts, only further showing how poor their artists are? I would not use a single one of those heads.

It is an odd move isnt it. They clearly have some talented people there, I had their DD Kingpin and that sculpt was just amazing.

I think the heads are simply not good enough. That and the fact that paint will be significantly downgraded on the final product. So I bet the sculpts will be identical in quality to the original release.
