Then yes, those pieces can be swapped, meaning what fits on the regular Mk85 will fit on the BD as well. I don't have a picture for you, but I do have the BD neck piece (as well as other parts from the BD MK85) to use on my regular MK85, so I know it works/fits and that pretty much every part is interchangeable between the two figures. He makes them and is quite briliant at it. From the looks, this is one of his add on plates with a nameplate that go under the already included stand.
Yeah, what Gipetto said (except the brilliant part). The actual rock stand came with the figure obviously but that black piece below it, that I call an add-on plate with the plaque attached, is something I make.

30% seems to be about their low water mark for Hot Toys. $315 for a solid Iron Man figure is not bad. I'd also check eBay to make sure there's not a bargain on a used one to be found...
