You know after looking at your problem I realize what the black material looks like. My daughter picked up a pair of Converse high top black canvas boots which would be a perfect replacement for the black rubber. Just cut and glue in place. The stuff reminds me of canvas like the old tennis...

Back in the day when I picked up some Cool Girls and Cy Girls there was someone making 1/6 decal tattoos that would work for custom armor graffiti. I remember they were pretty cool look on eBay thats where I saw them for sale.

Yes he says it when he talks to the Sgt on duty and says he's a friend of Sarah Connors where is she,then says I'll Be Back to the Sarge before he leaves. After that he then crashes the car through the glass doors.
