Does the new headsculpt fit on the previous version?

Everything from both versions are interchangeable.

But yes, the new head fits on the previous figure.

Yes, it'll fit. I have mine the opposite way. I've got the IW body with the V1 head.

I swear I saw a notification from this thread saying that a review said otherwise but I’ve swapped all kinds of things between the 2 figures including the head.

Just....wow. The detail is incredible. Now to futz and get more shots. Wow. What a figure.

My girlfriend and I opened this and Revenge of the Sith Obi Wan (got both at the same time from BBTS) and while we love both, this is easily the more impressive of the two. The head sculpt from nearly every angle looks pretty spot on, and the level of tailoring and all the accessories, I'm really glad to have this in my collection.

I'm right there with you...and to think I almost passed on this.



Wish I wasn't so beat from work (and didn't have an early shift awaiting me tomorrow...) - I can't wait to futz with this and get him decked out in some shots. It's going to require a little time...but well worth it.

While I agree with your comment about this figure being impressive, I know just from shots I've seen along with some well produced videos, that I'm going to find Kenobi equally impressive. Such a fan of that character.

In the meantime...this one is going to occupy attention....

You won't be disappointed, Flintty....he is one amazing figure:



He's going to end up being one of those "have to stop and stare for a minute" figures once he hits your display shelf. The costume composition and detailing is off the charts. It can make futzing a bit of a challenge with all of the puckers, overlapping fabrics and the variety of materials used (especially the cape...like the one in the film, it's got a mind of it's own when futzing it...it can take some work to get it where you want it to go) but the end result is really seeing the depth of detail and getting a great look for display out of the figure. I really like the box art two...I tried to evoke that a bit here with some gels on the lights...cool the way the colors pop.



The portrait softened a bit in production (as usual) but it didn't degrade much and the final result is one of HT's best.

Lots of accessories and options left to explore here...a great release from HT on this character. Just staring at the figure on display makes me want to see more mystical adventures with him on the big screen!

I too can't stop starring at this guy. He is amazing. So glad I decided to keep my PO from BBTS as I've been trying to stick to just SW (OT/PT) figures. And getting a little crammed in my displays. I have to either pack some up or come up with a new display plan/area.

I really snoozed on this figure and it sold out in Australia months ago. Ended up finding one, marked up of course, but on par with how much it would cost to get one from Sideshow.

I usually try and wait for some sales, which worked well in the past, however figures are selling out before release dates a lot more now.

Superb! I’m getting Avengers Loki vibes from all the photos, just a stunning figure with incredible tailoring. I’m in UK and didn’t order from SS so I’ll be a few months behind - no idea when he will ship.

I used CDUK. I have a small amount to pay off still but I’d expect an email saying when he’s ready, perhaps? Might just clear it on pay day so I’m good to go!
