Everyone was saying this sucked when it first hit. I pre-ordered 2 immediately to insure at least one low edition #, without hesitation. These are going to be amazing, and wait until you actually see it in person first, before acting like your some kind of expert. It just makes you look inexperienced, as every real Show collector knows the pics are always weak. Take a look at Shows 2011 comic con Marvel display, and see for yourself. See you guys on Ebay in about a year, paying 2k for it.

Nope still don't like it. Great that you like it but no need to convince people otherwise or to suggest that people who don't like it are inexperienced.

I will say the pictures as was the case with GG, threw me off...but looking at venom and GG through the SSC videos I want them both now. Even Carnage is looking better to me.

In my honest opinion I think this one looks much better than the original and I own the original. like how the new one actually shows his chest and is not a head on a platter. also like how his jaw is not ridiculously exaggerated. Way to go Steve, wish I could say the same thing about carnage though lol

Still looking forward to this piece even though I haven't placed my order yet. It isn't like people are singing its praises anyways for me to order immediately, already lost $60 the 1st time I ordered it.

Besides the eyes, I like it & would still proabably end up getting it.

If they make another Spider-Man 1:1 with a similar artsy 'spin' as they did with Venom and Carnage, then I'll get this.

I own Carnage already. I think Venom will be an easy grab for awhile, so I'm hoping we see an announcement of that kind if (or before) it sells out.

Overall, I really like it. But does it blow me away? No.

So why did I buy it? I'm a Spider-Man fan and own the three, other Spider-Man related 1:1s and wanted this one to complete the 'Symbiote Gang.' Plus it accents the comiquette pretty well I thought, when displayed together.

I am also kinda looking for the Carnage bust that's lower than retail just to complete the gang. Spidey's rogues gallery 1:1 busts.
