No, it's his 1/6 Heath joker.
I don't remember where he posted it, but there was a big discussion about selling unlicensed sculpts, and that I think some people were saying that it's ok to cast unlicensed sculpts, cause in turn, unlicensed sculpts are stealing from licensed owners.
And Adam made a big post, saying that he does agree that selling unlicensed sculpts is indeed wrong, and he apologize for selling them, and he won't do it again. That he would do things the right way from now on.

So that's why there's like a big surprise when another new Heath joker popped up later on...everyone's like, I thought he said he won't sell unlicensed stuff from now on.

Sounds like this was before he posted his 1/4 sculpt then, must of been quite a number of years ago.

Yeah im pretty sure that was what I remember... We didnt see much of him after that.

From my experience he doesn't reply to emails, probably because he gets so many, apparently he was the most popular or well liked sculptor in survey for an online magazine. Have you tried facebook? I talked to him a few times via PM.

Nope, i dont have facebook acc, i wonder if he still do comission for 1/6 head, one of the member sell it to me for $2000 for 1/6 head, thats really out of question

He charges more than $2000 for a 1/6th head, so I would say both options are out of the question, sorry man.

i know $2000 its really insane for 1/6 head at least its out of my limit, i remember when he start to sell the head for $800 if im not mistaken. for $2000 i prefer get mj choi with repaint and rooted hair by jacob rahmier cost me less than $800 even i dont know jacob will still do the joker head since he got bored doing the joker custom LOL.

It's all relative. I've seen members pay that amount for a statue I would even consider good enough to I be used as a doorstop.

Yeah then someone paid him $2000 to make one for him and that is why Adam charges 2k for these sculpts now. But many have paid that price since then, so his asking price hasn't swayed away people who really want it.

I don't like MJs, but it is a better alternative than the DX11, at least it looks realistic and not plastic and toy like.

TBF there is some likeness there, you can tell it is Ledger unpainted especially when the PERS are removed. It actually has great potential, seen a really good mod of it.

Most people would, it's a small 1/6th head for an action figure FFS, it's not a life Size bust made out silicon.

At least with a statue people can see what you bought when they enter a room, people are not going to notice something so tiny, unless you point it out to them. That's the problem here, how small it is, with a statue you can see where the money went.

To quote the great Ulla Inka Hanson Benson Yanson Tallen Hallen Swadon Swanson, "when you got it, flaunt it." $2K is way above my price range, but, like you said, it really is all subjective, and I think that, as long as you're happy with your purchase, it was worth it.

Agree, as long you happy, its worth every penny. I just recently come into custom figure, its really high price, but when you get all done, there's some satisfaction and its worth it. I really want adam gu joker, i want to get over joker figure, and having adam joker that could be it.

I think Adam's Ledger sculpt is the only 1/6th sculpt that I know of where people pay thousands for just the sculpt. I know many full set handmade figures sell for thousands like Rainman's Wonka DX but don't know of any other 1/6th sculpt by any sculptor other than Adam's Ledger one that sells for thousands. Correct me if I am wrong anybody.

Rainman's head sculpts are $60 on his website. They're all sold out, but still, compared to 2K.

When you say sculpt, are you saying unpainted or a fully painted headsculpt only ? Im pretty sure Bobby Cs joker is over a thousand. Then again, Bobby does do these in silicone and I think he uses glass eyes on his.

Bobby c's one is just over 1k, I am talking about a painted sculpt that people pay thousands for. I don't know of any 1/6th sculpt apart from Adam's Ledger's one that people pay that sort of money for.
