The market of 1/2 and 1/3 will be difficult for all of you who used to flip the old statues later for financing the new ones because very few ppl would buy them.

if there is a good sized ES on this, no doubt as the ultimate Joker statue, it would rise in value to some extent.

They couldn't do 1/3 scale as well. Sucks that they were pretty much forced to do 1/2 scale for this line. Would have loved if they had secured 1/4 or 1/3 since they also plan on doing Bale and other characters. They would nailed them all.

Sideshow is sitting on the 1/3 license for Marvel and DC and not doing a damn thing with it. I don't know how ECC was able to get the 1/3 Marvel license though.

The likeness of the face, ie same nose, mouth etc is very similar to EBs but the head shape, I am guessing will be the right shape as EBs was too long and skinny.

That's what I thought too...Enterbay. I loved the first two teasers, but this one has me a bit worried. I'm sure I will love it as it's the ultimate pieces for me....but my fingers are crossed. Can't wait for the reveal at SDCC!!

Just did a photoshop of both of then pasted on top of each other.




You can see the core likeness of Prime's one is better as the eyes are not small and deep set like on EBs but the nose and mouth (apart from the bottom lip) look the same to me.

The likeness is there but I'm surprised he made the bottom lip that big. Will wait until the full reveal but it looks too inflated in that teaser.

Might be the shadow making it look bigger than it is but you can compare it to his 1/4 version.

The photoshopped image is not quite correct as his scars and facial features are different on each side....gives us sort of an idea though.

Just shows how accurate the EB sculpt is, not perfect, but very close. I have a feeling sculpted hair won't translate all that great at this scale. I think rooted hair would take it to a whole new level.

I always thought EB's sculpt looked great. It was just a bit too long. Had they squished it down a bit, added some rooted hair, it would have been pretty spot on. I think this sculpt will be pretty close to EB but with all the minor details fixed.

Here's one of EB Joker sculpt repainted and haired by Jacob. Just shows of nice the sculpt actually is.
