I have no idea how far back this all goes or have any insight into the behind-the-scenes ins-and-outs, but. . .I don't know that this is a single case that people are referencing when they think of HT as a bully.
1) Enterbay specializes in googly eyes and Bruce Lee, HT responds by co-opting googly eye process (yes, it isn't new, but it wasn't used recently for popular high-end items), obtains Bruce Lee license, and takes away Enterbay's Bruce Lee sculptor.
2) Enterbay engages in a cooperative relationship with Medicom to (I guess) highlight both companies strengths (don't ask me what Medicom's strengths are apart from having good licenses) with an initial focus on Star Wars. HT responds by building a partnership with Sideshow to create awesome Star Wars figures.
3) this
I'm just a casual observer, I own 0 Enterbay products, and I think all is fair here. But, I think one could certainly perceive HT's behavior as bullying. Bullying in order to force one's competition out of the business is bullying nonetheless. Seems to me that Enterbay was trying to do something different with the 1/4 scalers so that they wouldn't be competing directly with HT, but HT decided they weren't gonna get off so easily
