Primarily I think its just the price thats laying people off... figure has its limits in terms of those eyes painted as they are but honestly I think its likeness and quality is fantastic. Just the price may be the hindrance... Im betting if this was close to say $330/40 or so people would have bought it in a heartbeat...

Besides... Bruce Lee is still the only figure I wish to have movable eyes as its so necessary to find your own sweet spot when posing a figure based on him...

Though I'm a bit confused by what they said here in the email they sent me:

The RM5-01 and the STY-313 are available instock at the moment, therefore we will dispatch them right away and tracking number will be provided soon.

Did I order these? Or is that information being tacked on the end of their emails?

I think you'd better email them again and ask what it is....
and as maybe you're the 1st person in this thread that have already ordered WOTD bruce lee, I'm looking forward for your in hand pics & review

decided to watch way of the dragon again...surprisingly, english dub version available on youtube. After watching it, I kinda want a bruce from the movie that CAN do high kicks...but this thing looks like a statue waist down.

It's the HD-1008, so my order does look correct. I've received another email from them after that one, which was somewhat interesting/strange. When I called the HD-1008 figure, a "Way Of The Dragon" figure, they replied back with this (only part of the email):

For your information, that's not the Way of The Dragon Figurine, just a standard Kung Fu Bruce Lee figurine.

It's interesting to me because we all know it's a "Way Of The Dragon" figure, but when I went & looked at the figures description on their website, their right, it doesn't actually officially say it's from the WotD movie. Licensing issues?

everytime I saw the headsculpt, I was tempted to order this. but then again when I was thinking about how it bugs to see my bruce lee can only see to the right all the time, it really bugs me
anyway, how long until EB decided to fix the mistake they made with BL GOD from the first it was released?

they had problems with the new eye system they tried,and a few body issues..i think it was a couple of months they took.
i'm sure larry and the guys can correct me if im wrong.
i agree i actually think the calm sculpt is great.not keen on the ''grouchy'' one it seems off to me.
