...the full ensemble including the yoroi (armor), kabuto, bow, and sword will run 330,000 yen (about $2,700) with an edition size of 100. At this time, these items will only be offered in Japan.

This is coming full circle, isn't it?

Vader's helmet was inspired by Samurai designs.

Also, SW was inspired by silly things.

Everything always comes full circle.

YES EVEN THE LIFE OF A FOOT FLY THANK YOU, NO NEED TO REMIND ME.

that is quite possibly the stupiest thing I have ever seen in my entire life, and I've seen some stupid crap. First, Hannibal Lecter turns into a freaking ninja, not Darth Vader. COME ON !!!! What's next, is Gandalf going to reveal that his staff was made by ninjas using special powders.....please....

This is quite possibly the most awsome thing I have ever seen. However it should be 1:1 scale so I could walk around in it everywhere I go. Walking around in a Darth Vader costume is just stupid and silly. Walking around in Darth Vader Samuari armor is simply awsome.

will there ever be an end to this madness.....

if you think of it as a star wars/vader item... it's frankly ridiculous. But if you imagine star wars doesnt exist or something.. or that you have no interest in it. and this is a Samurai piece... it's really REALLY cool. Imagining that figure with a sword... wow, that would be one cool 1/6 figure if they made it

but as a darth vader thing? hmm... i'm sure people will buy it

I wouldn't buy it, but it's fun! Like the Che-Trooper, just kinda goofy, you can even call it "art" I won't though. It's fun, and if I had tons of money,I'd buy it...and wear it! If I was 1/4 the size.

Is this just the outfit and accessories, no figure? Do you think they intended this to go on Sideshow's 1/4 scale Vader? Curious...

I think the helmet is kinda cool. But why did they make the rest of the armor? I see nothing other than the helmet that even closely resembles Vader.

Japanese have waaaaay too much money to burn on this kinda stuff.

ive got a full size vader costume, i wear it for the odd event,it goes down very very well with young and old, even 'less desirable' persons comment on its coolness,so if its stupid and silly ive yet to be told it by the general public, including thugs and hoodies
