Yeah, agreed. Hammerhead was a favourite of mine (along with Greedo) from being a kid and Sideshow's versions are definitive (no worries about HT reboots with those two). I'd definitely recommend getting them both. Though minor characters, they're iconic designs.

Thanks! I need to replace my Sergeant's, and TA has both, but for whatever reason, the one from the desert sands deluxe sandtrooper
is a few bucks cheaper.

yea it's weird how some of the exact pieces out of a different figure have a price difference. i first noticed on some of their e-11 blasters..........

Thanks after seeing them side by side like this I love the more grittier look of the Sandtrooper. Now with this and Fett on the way Im really excited!! Still would like to pick up Momaw Nadon too...

Wow, really surprised that Sideshow would allow the Sandtrooper to sell out before their stock of dewbacks is gone. I'd think pretty much everyone ordering a dewback from Sideshow also picks up the Deluxe Sandtrooper. Who the heck's gonna buy their remaining dewbacks if there's no Sandtroopers (forgetting the fact that BBTS has the dewback discounted to $210.00)? Weird decision, I think, unless they're planning on introducing a new Sandtrooper, which seems unlikely.

well considering you can make two different sandtroopers with the pauldron armor white or black you can buy two and just need the orange pauldron armor or pick up the medicom to complete your squad....They made a million clones i'm expecting more stormies for sure...mainly some scouts after the snowtrooper phase ....

Clones are easier to make... They just churned them out by the thousands in Kamino.... Oops, I mean China factories.

Stormtroopers, Sandtroopers, Scout Troopers and Snowtroopers are more difficult. They have to recruit them and train them...

Anyone know where I can get more of the desert base sand cover? I looked around the Sideshow website and I can't seem to find it.

Seems like the sandtrooper is out of stock already. It is no longer available on SS's website anymore.
