Yeah maybe some kind of mishap when putting it together and the factory.

SSC has taken good care of me in the past, minus the Mark 42 arm thing but that wasn't SSC's fault, so I'm sure they'll be on it. Hopefully a replacement in the next 2 weeks, fingers crossed.

It comes it the box all frayed out over her shoulders. I just pulled it behind her head as if I was trying to put it in a ponytail and it just laid like that.

Got mine in last night! That's what's great about being in SoCal...get's here quick from SSC.
But also got a few IM armors in so had to check those first.

Hopefully will be unboxing Gamora tonight
