Hey Slick, criticizing isn't the same as complaining
I'm checking this post every day since months ago just waiting for the announcement of this maginificent figure. Please hot toys! Release Ripley soon!
Do you think that after this waiting period, they will sourprise us with an improved prototipe? The second one is perfect for me but who knows...may be they will make some kind of improvement to make the figure still more ripley than it is now
Inaccurate?
Sounds about right.
We were talking about Ripley's butt. It was all in jest. Chill my son.
See, I like this kind of comment!
Well the neck, hair, likeness and armes does connect with the butt somehow... but it's not the butt comments I'm talking about. ...by the way I don't see how I can be more chill while still actually saying something. Would a smiley help?
Listen to this guy..Well I'm not talking about constructive criticism. I am talking about a focus on the negatives and actual complaining. For instance 'the elephant in the room is a thin neck' or 'thin armes' or a little 'too much hair'... on a prototype. Well first, the body is probably some kind of standard Hot Toys body... if people want a redesigned body for every new figure it's kind of hard also to criticize price levels. I don't see why we as a starting point doesn't trust that HT would actually do their best to produce the best figure possible within a price range. It's the negative focus I'm talking about - instead of talking about half assed efforts already after seeing the first prototype I think this figure shows the significant progress HT has made.
Listen to this guy..
For instance nothing. We've been discussing this figure - pros & cons, for ages now. How about reading up before soap boxing.
Myself & others (give or take) have been on board since day one - warts & all, so move along chappy.

Nice bush
I wonder if the collar and cuffs match.
This is one of only three figures that I've noted down for definite pre-order since all these 1/6 reveals flooded in.
Don't be offended you guys, I didn't mean it so hard. Sorry, I should of course have read through your 240 pages of comments on a prototype before commenting. ...so you can get back to it now.
