Lucky lol.......Yeah with the price tag on these things nowadays they need to be perfect. Hopefully im not being too picky but I'll contact sideshow tomorrow and see what they say.
How did you move the arm? Nice and slow? Or really quickly? If it's the latter, you may have built up heat and the rubber became deformed.

Just moved it back and forth and up and down. Just breaking it in nothing too major. Probably like 5 seconds. If I builted up enough heat for it to deform that fast then that's ridiculous. $300 price tag and this is the quality we get SMH.
Now that we know what to look for, people should be checking that as soon as they take it out of the box.

Poor QC? Shonky workmanship? Take your pick.
I'll continue to remain very skeptical that he was moving the arm so fast as to cause enough friction to heat up the surrounding material... just no.
