Fail comparison. This is a product that draws most of it's collector value based off its look. You didn't mention materials aside from his open pants and you glossed completely over the headsculpt.

Have you posed it, are there scuffs, have you even taken him out of the protective plastic?

If there is a major problem with the look of a figure, I won't buy it. Defects aside, can anyone truly claim that in hand this piece is wildy different from the volumes of pics out there? Different enough for you to cry "toy"? Game over, you lose. You have nothing further to add to the figure discussion. See you in the marketplace! :wave

When you say it "feels more like a toy", I have to say you "sound more like a troll" who just wants a reaction. Well you got a reaction, care to back up the "toy" statement a tad more?

For the sake of not hijacking this thread, I will stop responding to your baiting by simply stating that the "feels like toy" comment comes from actually handling the figure. Have you handled it yet? When you try to pose it has a very mechanical and toy like feeling because of the way the body is constructed. Sure it might be the only way Hot Toys was able to bring the Hulk to the sixth scale but it doesn't change the fact the figure FEELS like a toy when handled compared to other Hot Toys figures which are have a higher quality of construction feeling.

Didn't we have this discussion a while ago? Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.
I am sure someone who ordered the figure did so with the hopes they would love the figure.
Kinda sucks that a fellow collector did not like their most recent and surely anticipated purchase.

The up side to it is the figure is highly sought after, so you could always unload it to someone who may enjoy it more and use that for something else.

Stuff happens, no need to argue over someones opinion you may not agree with. It never goes anywhere positive.

Sadly I'm reluctant to handle many Hot Toys figures for fear of them breaking. R&B Spidey has wrist pegs that easily snap if handled cold, and the ankles are rubbish too. Batman Begins v2 suffered from weak ankles. Godfather's knees... DX01 PERS joystick... didn't pose Leonidas in anything other than a neutral pose because I was concerned about placing strain on the rubber body... the list goes on.

I like that "Frank" guy .. Hes the voice of reason in this thread.

Bow down to Hulk Fools !!!

The definition of "baiting" is coming in here calling this thing a toy. No, I have this preordered at BBTS and have not recieved it yet, but I'll give you an idea what I am going to do.

Step 1: I am going to take it out, inspect for any damage or scuffing.

Step 2: Laugh at myself for caring about scuff marks on Hulk.

Step 3: Move the eyes around so as to amuse myself.

Step 4: Place him on my shelf and behold the world's finest Hulk figure.

Step 5: Forget what he feels like because I'll be displaying it like a collectible.

Step 6 to infinity: Behold the world's finest Hulk figure ever created.

I hope you "feel" better soon! :wave

How can anyone not look at this figure and say "Oh ppsshhht, I've seen better"

Like Hell! And don't cheat with any statues! :lol

I need this Hulk figure. I'm so mad at myself. I had the preorder at BBTS, but hasn't actually really started collecting Hot Toys yet, so I didn't know about the chronic delays. When it was late February and it was listed as a March release, I couldn't afford it back then so I dropped the preorder.

Now, I can't find one to save my life! I've called every dang comic shop in the area, every website, etc. I REALLY don't want to have to pay more than $350. I'm on the sideshow wait list, so hopefully one comes through there.

This guy looks too amazing to pass up!
