The sculpt looks better in Sideshow's first look unboxing video...

Yeah the lighting in the blogger photos is not good. They are shining lights that are too bright into the face sculpt. As asides, I want those clear plastic things that the accessories are displayed on. And I’m sad that Terry has been reduced to being a salesman, I guess we still have his own videos.

Well the only closeup of the sculpt is the proto shot in the thumbnail. Its not awful but it went from Yondu level to completely middle of the road, honestly the quality of the proto was the only thing that made this figure stand out in the first place

While it looks better in the Sideshow unboxing, I do agree with rocbolt that the sculpt quality is a downgrade from the prototype - I'm just not sure yet as to how much of a downgrade. At this point not enough to cancel my order. And if they do a Thunderbolts version and the sculpt is superior I can always upgrade this figure with that sculpt.

Looks like a 12 year old boy with Kim Jong Un cheeks who’s stayed up all night drinking espressos.
Those are some seriously wild eyes.

Its amazing how different it looks with the bland production paint and the bit of extra softness. Really lost it in the eyes though. I last ditch ordered this with all my old points, not sure I still want it in this state. Don't know what else I would put my points on either though, was really hoping we'd have seen more Black Panther characters by now

Agreed, the prototype was incredible - even in those on-display store photos with the harsh lighting. Huge downgrade in the final product, unfortunately

Well, yes, but it’s the same sculpt and it looks great in the video. The only difference I see, besides lighting, is the eyes seem to be slightly closer to the bottom eye lid than the proto shots.

These screen grabs and sben’s shots that aren’t blasted with light look awesome to me.

As I said earlier, I don’t really plan on getting this, but I am interested in seeing this Yelena figure and the snow suit Natasha figure together in the same picture

Sideshow included a side-by-side at the end of their first look video - they do look good together!

Paintwork looks amazing on that proto for sure. I’m hoping it’s just the lighting in some of those photos thats caused the production piece to look not as good.

Scarlett looks a lot more off in that photo to me, with that weird sharp nose and glazed over eyes.

IMO ..it’s the lighting that some of these pics depict…some are bad lighting that the mascara on her eyes looks too pronounced and then you have ones that show her head with more subtle eye makeup so the eyes look more realistic IMO



I think in hand …she will look amazing to Flo’s likeness
