Just put this guy together for $120, including the official Avengers stand.

The head is an eBay knock off, but looks great!
The scarf is the smallest size from the Esty seller

Also, this suit is outstanding for only $40 which was purchased from Monkey Depot.
It's made by Toys City.

If you keep an eye on the For Sale forum here, you can likely get one for $250 shipped, maybe a little less. That's about as cheap as you're going to get him now.
