Everyone buy this figure so we can get the "Thor" version as well. Notice they did not include the Casket of Ancient Winters, which leaves open the door as far as I am concerned. They already had that figure to full prototype stage, so the headsculpt might just need revision and approval to reach production status.

I'd buy two if I could. I'd really love to get the Thor version if only for the Casket of Ancient Winters. As far as I'm concerned, I can't have a proper Thor display without it.

I think the inclusion of the daggers is a really nice touch, since they are a minor part of the film. That's the kind of attention to detail I really love from Hot Toys.

likeness is spot on.....how ironic that in the HT Avengers line, the villain ruled the heroes!

This sculpt is DEAD ON imo.. i think this is the best release so far to the avengers line. I am super excited to get this one. I am kinda sad we did not get a big grinning smile sculpt though. The smirk on the one we got is great though

I usually don't pose my figures, mainly because I suck at it. But this pose I may have to consider.

This pose + the tessaract from Nick Fury. That's how I'll most likely pose him.

Somthing about the sculpt is bothering me. I think it's the cheeks. For some reason the sculpt reminds me of this six year old who lives down the road from my house.

I can definitely see Loki in it though, and with the helm on he looks almost flawless imo.

I want atleast one Avenger figure and so far I don't think Thor, Cap, and Hawkeye's sculpts look that great.

Probably either Loki or Hulk..

It's interesting that so far the best Marvel figures, likeness wise, have been villains. I mean, this is certainly my opinion and not fact, but Red Skull, Loki, even New Goblin have all been exceptional in that regard.

Cause theyre the once who wont get a V2

(HT even immediately canceled the THOR loki after saying theyre making the Avengers Loki,
while USO Cap was simply delayed after saying Avengers Cap goes first)
