Excellent, great job there. It's good to know that you have the super rare limited edition exclusive unavailable version of the Bone Grill Pred!
He (Bone Grill) looks deadly.

thanks banshee, the bone grill pred is the Gunnison Colorado comic con exclusive And to alien guy that asked about the lense mod, you guys are probly gonna laugh but it took about 60 seconds and looks even better in person. I used a fine paint brush and a platinum silver sharpie, I brushed the paintbrush onto the tip of the sharpie and brushed it onto the lenses in a very thin layer. The black glossiness of the lenses shows thru and in person it looks almost like silver sunglass lenses. It's a quick easy mod that makes me love this figure 100 times more, hope this helps alien guy.

I think Celtic looks cool but having never seen the AVP movies I am having a hard time accepting his bio mask as a 'Predator'. I have only seen the first two movies so that classic bio mask style is burned into my brain when I think of how a predator should look. I bought Scar because his mask borrows from the classic form. Am I the only one having trouble accepting Celtic and Chopper?

I didn't get all the pred excitement when receiving my Scar v2..

I miss those days of older AVP when I received them I was super excited..

Have much higher expectation for this guy though to revive my excitement receiving a pred again

All of these awesome pics made me finally break down and order Scar and Celtic. They should get here by Friday or Monday. So excited!

It took me a really long time before I really started to appreciate all of the different Predator designs. At first I didn't like them because they weren't like P1 or P2. But now that's the reason I actually like them - because they're different and add variety.

BTW - I don't know if this is actually the case or not, but, to me, Celtic's bio mask looks like it was based on or inspired by the Gort mask.

Do you guys think that HT ever going to re-release the Chopper?
Perhaps they thinking like this; "Okay guys, the completists will get all mad but the Chopper got so little screen time so we just refuse to re-release him and call it a day, huh. How 'bout that? They already got the Celtic with big those a** gauntlet blades and the hardcore fans will buy two Celtic preds and customize one of them int into the Chopper anyway so..."

Just throwing it out there. By God, I hoping that I'm wrong in this assumtion but I just couldn't stop my self into that kind of ideas.

But on the other hand all signs ports to an re-relase; they allready got the body mould, the gauntlet blades (I'm hoping they'll be in metal on the Chopper), the bio-mask/helmet mould they do have since the 1st release. Med-kit/back pack is the same as the other two and the head sculpt would even be necessary (all though I'll prefer the Chopper with at least the option to remove the helmet). Heck, the head just could be a re-paint of the Scar or the Celtic. Correct me if I'm wrong but the Chopper doesn't even remove his helmet, do he? Probably they'll reuse the spear, shuriken, plasma cannon and so on.

What do you guys think?

You are not alone Royce (I love Royce from Predators - he's tough, he's cold and....he's fast!)

I too had a very hard time accepting the other predator bios but kept it to myself. It was only P1, Scar and Ancient for me.
But after starting to like Berserker, I am now gladly accepting Celtic and maybe the others.

I'm not entierly sold at the three Super Predators. Yeah, the're cool and totally bad a** but they're too...hm...to "native" and to many for my taste.
A predator (too me) is more like the "lonely" hunter (like the Wolf, the P1 Classic and the P2 City Hunter).
But who know; some day I maybe fully appreciate the Super Preds...

This is what the original Predator bio-mask was designed as:

They felt it gave too much away of the Predator's real face, so they decided to go with the smooth bio-mask everyone knows and loves.

The original mask was used on one of the lost predators at the end of predator 2:

The Celtic predator's bio-mask was based on this one. So technically it's closest to the original bio-mask than any others out there.

Thank god they changed it, the p1 bio they used is so much cooler, I never really liked the gort bio myself, Celtic was a huge improvement on the design imo.

And yes I too agree that From the pic above and as well as Celtic's bio do look kind of 'lion like'.
I guess that's why everyone finds him so....the term... 'Bad ***'.

I actually like the Gort design, definitely second to Celtic for me and of course P1 & City hunter is in my list as well.

The gort bio has some cool design elements but the mouth just looks to much like this for my taste.
