I couldnt hold any longer... bought him today and he was the last one available. Maybe overpaid a bit but I love predators so much and he'll look so good with my scar. He should arrive in ~2 days.

Just have to 2.0 Scar Pred (so far) but mine has no loose joints or loose/stiff head.

Got my citadel ardcoat today now i just need my runefang steel. I hope this will give my celtic predator proper looking silver eyes. On a side note why are citadel paints so small?
Its not even half an ounce!

Citadel paints are used for warhammer miniatures. You really don't need too much paint for them so maybe that's why it's in small containers and it will be easier to carry having small paint containers with your miniatures when traveling.

Got mine today too i haven't taken any pics yet as i dont have my runefang steel paint yet. Having it in hand celtics eyes are not black at all they're clear lenses
with scars stupid mesh behind it . Jesus christ HT! celtic has silver polished lenses! So far i dont like the alien stand as just like the 1/4 endo stand they
didn't leave enough room for his feet to stand on it. I can also confirm that celtic has ratchet joint legs, this helps a lot with his weight and balance but limits
articulation a bit. Now i just need chopper

I'm guessing they produced less figures on this release due to slow sales on the last few Preds.

Finally got my paint and painted mine's eyes silver and for the most part i'm pretty satisfied, not quite as professional looking as i would like but def more accurate looking.
It was difficult to capture the reflectiveness or the gloss on camera as flash was useless and it looks better in low natural light.
Here several picks nothing fancy as i posed mine with his dagger and such, no shoulder gun or forearm blades as it wasn't movie accurate.

Oh i forgot to say that the base compared to the proto version paint apps-wise sucks! Very dissapointed with the sloppy low grade colors the proto looked so good. Or maybe you guys like it better than the proto

The one on the left is better - aliens don't have Predator blood.

I have a question for those talented customizers out there. Has anyone tried taking a version 1 chopper mask and put the mandible pegs from a 2.0 in it. I am thinking of trying this since the bodies for the celtic and chopper are identical aside from the mask, trophy skulls and left arm gauntlet. Parts for these are a decent price right now. I saw a fully armored body go for $50 something on Ebay so it's got my creative wheels turning LOL.

The problem you may run into is the bios were bigger on the V1 AVP preds so I don't know how they would look. What I did was get the Scar and Celtic parts I needed to go along with the skull trophies for Chopper I already had and then I got a Chopper bio from German Beast. He downsized the original Chopper bio, painted it the right color and glued the lower jaw part into the mask so it fits on the Scar and Celtic head.

I posted this pages back but here's mine about 85% done.

Nope. Scar is first on my list and I hope to get him for my birthday in about a month.

Looks like Hot Toys changed their Predator business plan.
